Apps apps apps

I haven't got a computer at home so all this planning and dreaming is really complicated from home.

I've been trying to find good travel apps to android but it seems to be impossible. Already to find a map that I could do pinpoints on is apparently too much asked!

Is there any good apps for this? Yes, Skyscanner has a good app for checking flights, TripAdvisor is good to find spots and places, the Hotel/Booking apps are good, but is there really anything else? And do you really need 15 different apps for one trip planning?

Please please please, any good advice is welcomed.
